When activating the MyCashPro reseller account, you are purchasing a software package with our program where the actual software is downloaded electronically. Because of this fact, when making a purchase with the MyCashPro program it is important that you understand that there is a NO REFUND POLICY on your purchase of any software involved with our program.

If spending any amount of money in joining MyCashPro would cause financial stress or hardship, it is advised that you do not join this program since no refunds can be given under any circumstances.

In joining MyCashPro, you understand that there is work involved with the program. You further understand that materials are provided for you within the program but they should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income or earnings. You understand that only the materials for this program are provided by Force One Events, and that each independent website owner is responsible for their own individual business. These materials are provided to you on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Force One Events, Inc. does not guarantee or warrant that any materials or software involved with the MyCashPro program are error free, will be uninterrupted, will not contain defects, are free of viruses or any other type of harmful components.

Under no circumstances shall Force One Events, Inc. be held liable for any damages including but not limited to negligence or loss of income resulting from the use or the inability to use the MyCashPro program materials, website or software package that are involved with the program.

All materials involved with our program including but not limited to text, images and software may not be copied, modified, distributed or transmitted in any way without the permission of Force One Events, Inc. as these materials are protected under Copyright laws. Any individual involved in hijacking or publishing any materials involved with the MyCashPro program without proper purchase or permission will be held liable for damages and will be prosecuted including reasonable attorney's fees.

When purchasing MyCashPro membership you understand that you also receive a reseller's certificate which allows you to resell the software package within the MyCashPro program. You understand that you get paid directly for your sales and you must have an AlertPay account to accept payments for your sales. Instructions are provided within our member's area to assist you in setting up these accounts to accept payments.

Proof of purchase is required for the MyCashPro program and any unauthorized accounts will be terminated immediately without notice. You agree not to make any claims regarding sales or income unless you have proof to support such claims.

Your E-Mail Address and other personal information will never be shared or sold to anyone.

You further understand that all payments will be made directly to through your selected payment processor and that any problems concerning the payment processors you select to use with the MyCashPro program will be handled between you and the payment processors.

We have a ZERO SPAM policy. The use of SPAM to generate sales is strictly prohibited. Any member deemed to be spamming will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be issued. All evidence gathered will be turned over to the proper authorities, including Alertpay, their Internet Service Provider, and possibly others. This may result in any of the following to the offending member: Termination of their MyCashPro Account (no refunds!) Termination of their Alertpay Account (and loss of all funds within) Termination of their E-Mail / Internet Account Possibility of class-action lawsuits (spam is illegal in some states). Under no circumstances may you include your MyCashPro URL or the MyCashPro.com name in any e-mail unless the person has requested the information from you.

When joining the MyCashPro program you understand that your membership doesn’t not constitute a partnership or employee relationship of any type and your are responsible for your own income and taxes which you directly produce with the MyCashPro program.
